A gamified savings feature built around a major backend constraint: turning a technical limitation into a system that keeps customers coming back. Savings Goals started as a rough concept from another team's product owner: let a customer set a savings goal, automate deposits toward it, and get periodic recognition for hitting milestones along the way, without having to think about it day to day. I took it from that starting point through to a fully designed, shipped feature, working through two problems the existing product wasn't built to solve.
