My design career started in the fast-paced world of agency work; eight years across print, digital, motion, and web for enterprise clients like Samsung, Scotiabank, and Manulife, where I learned to move quickly without sacrificing craft.

That foundation led me into fintech, where I've spent the better part of a decade at BMO shaping how customers experience digital banking, rebuilding the US product's design language from the ground up, leading the design of a migration that moved 1.8 million customers to a new bank, and building new features from a real technical constraint instead of a blank page.

Today, I bring that same mix of craft and pragmatism to every project. Structure where things are messy, clarity where the stakes are high, and designs that hold up under real constraints, not just in a prototype.
